Do you work with property managers, HOAs and condo associations?
Yes. Most of our work is for managed properties: condominiums, HOAs, country clubs and commercial buildings, along with the estate homes their residents own. We are used to boards, budgets, seasonal deadlines and the documentation that comes with them.
Which areas do you serve?
Southwest Florida, from Cape Coral and Fort Myers through Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, Estero and Bonita Springs to Naples and Marco Island. We are based in Bonita Springs, so crews are close to every part of the region.
What does integrated mean in practice?
One company, six divisions: Climate (HVAC), Power (electrical and generators), Plumbing, Water (storm water and excavation), Pools and Projects. Whether a job needs one trade or five, it runs on one call, one schedule and one point of contact.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. APS Integrated holds Florida state contractor licenses for air conditioning (CAC1819880), plumbing (CFC1432370), electrical (EC13013526), building (CBC1256943) and pools (CPC1460342), and carries full insurance. Copies are available on request.
Do you handle residential work?
Yes, for estate and luxury homes, including seasonal residences that sit closed for months at a time. Homeowners get the same commercial-grade standards, documentation and response that our managed properties do.
Can you help with milestone inspection and reserve study repairs?
Yes. Plumbing and electrical systems are two of the components a Florida structural integrity reserve study covers. APS self-performs the plumbing, electrical and pool items those reports call for, coordinated by one project manager rather than a list of separate contractors.
Do you offer maintenance programs?
Yes. Scheduled HVAC, generator, plumbing, storm water and pool maintenance with documented visits, so managers and boards can see what was done and when, and maintenance clients get priority dispatch when something fails.
How do I request service?
